The IEEE APCCAS 2023 / PRIMEAsia 2023 is a major international forum established by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society for researchers to exchange their latest findings in circuits and systems. It follows a double-blind review process. The proceedings of the conference will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for indexing. Authors of selected papers from the conference will be invited to submit extended version to special issues in the following journals
  • IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers
  • IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs
  • IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Circuits
  • IEEE Transactions on Agrifood Electronics
  • IEEE Open Journal of Circuits and Systems
IEEE APCCAS 2023 / PRIMEAsia 2023 will bring together academia, industry, government & research organizations working in circuits & systems from across the globe to share their cutting-edge research.
Important Dates
  • Submission Deadline for Regular Papers: Date Closed
  • Notification of Paper Acceptance: 15 August 2023
  • Author registration: 20-Sep-2023
  • Final Camera ready: 30-Sep-2023
  • Student Travel Grants: IEEE APCCAS 2023 / PRIMEAsia 2023 will provide partial travel support to student speakers attending the conference in physical mode.

Instructions for Author
All papers must be in PDF format only, with saveable text.
  • Each paper must be a maximum of 5 pages of which 4 are for technical content including text, figures, tables, references, etc., and with one additional optional 5th page containing only references, double-columned in IEEE Format.
  • Submissions must adhere to these rules, or determined to be previously published or simultaneously submitted to another conference, or journal, or be summarily rejected.
  • The TPC Chairs reserve the right to reject any manuscript not adhering to these rules.
